The Town of Barrington's Municipal Court hears matters including:
- Minimum housing ordinance violations, including any violation of Rhode Island General Law Title 45, Chapter 24.3.
- Zoning ordinance violations, including any violation of Rhode Island General Law Title 45, Chapter 24.
- Any other Town ordinance violation.
- Any other jurisdiction conferred by state law, including, but not limited to, violations of any general law enumerated in Rhode Island General Law § 8-18-3(a) pursuant to § 8-18-3(b)(3).
