The Town of Barrington is seeking qualifications from planning and/or engineering consultants interested in providing consultant services with regard to Planning and Resiliency Projects, for a period starting on approximately September 10, 2019 and ending on June 30, 2020.

Responses to this RFQ will be received at the Department of Planning, Building & Resiliency (Building Office) on the 2nd Floor of Town Hall, 283 County Road, Barrington, until 11 a.m. on Friday, Wednesday, August 14, 2019.The Town of Barrington reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all proposals.


Latham Park Improvements

The Town of Barrington seeks bids from qualified contractors to complete renovations to Latham Park, located at Shore Drive and Latham Avenue, including new paved walkways, expansion of a parking lot with curbing, removal and disposal of a basketball court and playground equipment, installation of landscape plantings, site furnishings and fencing, and all work necessary to complete the project to the acceptance of the Town.

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for all interested parties at 10 a.m. local time on Tuesday, July 30, 2019, in the Council Chamber at Town Hall, 283 County Road, Barrington. Bids are due no later than 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 13, 2019. The project is subject to prevailing wage.
