Part Time Administrative Assistants
15 Hours per week with no benefits
$13.00 per hour
Monday 9:30AM to 3:30PM, Tuesday 9AM to 3:30PM and Wednesday 9:30AM to 12:30PM. (15.5 hours/week)
Wednesday 12:30PM to 3:30PM and Thursday 9AM to 4PM and Friday 9:30AM to 2:30PM. (15 hours/week)
The Barrington Senior Center is seeking friendly, experienced administrative assistants for part time positions. The duties include reporting, and attending to visitors, fielding inquiries on the phone and face to face. Candidates will supply information regarding the Senior Center to the general public, clients and customers. This position provides administrative support to the Centers Director, the Senior Activities Club, Senior Services Advisory Board and the Friends of the Barrington Senior Center.
Candidates must be experienced administrative professionals, have excellent customer service skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Recycling Center Attendant
Part time (8-10 hours per week)
The Barrington Public Works Department is seeking a Part Time recycling center attendant.This is a part time position that will include working weekends.
Must be positive and informative when assisting residents as needed with all recyclables.
Attendants must be able to lift computer monitors, CPU’s and small televisions (35 to 50 lbs.) and stack them appropriately.
Attendant will also be responsible for the sale of paper bags on Saturdays and Sundays.
Attendants work out of a small heated shed.
