New users must register for a ViewPoint Cloud account in order to submit permit applications electronically and is valid with any Rhode Island town utilizing the ViewPoint e-permitting system.  You may still apply for a permit in the Building office via a public computer should you need assistance and/or wish to pay by cash or check.  These forms of payment and immediate processing can only be done from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

Paper applications for the above permits will no longer be accepted. Please contact Mary Ann Rosenlof at 401-247-1900, ext. 326 or via email at for additional information.
