The Town of Barrington Building & Zoning Office, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the Town of Barrington’s intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located in the Bay Spring area in the vicinity of Bullock Cove. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Bullock Cove between Bullock Cove and Narragansett Avenue from a point approximately 250 feet south of Woodbine Avenue to a point approximately 250 feet north of Cove Haven Marina.
As a result of the revision, the VE zone (elevations 14, 15 and 17) and AE zone (elevations 12, 13 and 14) shall widen and/or narrow or be established within the area of revision.
